When making the block pattern I decided to go with a cool, random pattern. When I chose the diamonds, I wanted to make it look a little more unique so I added the dark and light opposite colors. In my experimental print, I basically knew what I was planning on doing in my final print. I really like the color combination of red violet and blue violet. In my final print I thought those colors would look even better against a dark green background. If I could change anything, I would line them up better to look more evenly spaced. This project was a fun project to end the quarter with because it's very 'at your own pace.' I would really enjoy doing this project again, it might be cool to have words on the stamp and then it would be more useful for more occasions.
